We’re looking for motivated people to join our technical support and communication team, providing assistance to over 1,400 restaurants across Germany.
YOUR TASKS
- Solving technical issues and supporting restaurant operations
- Communicating in German with restaurant managers and staff
- Working with AI-powered tools and contributing to automating key processes
- Managing and sharing knowledge within the support team
- Participating in specialized technical and language trainings
- Working in a shift-based environment supporting restaurants nationwide
YOUR PROFILE
- German language – minimum level B1 (higher levels will be a strong advantage)
- English language – minimum level B1
- Technical background or studies preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in technology, process optimization, and continuous improvement
