You will be responsible for cooperation with internal customers from European, American and Asian countries, to support SAP Center of Excellence team within PPG. You will be responsible for handling support tickets submitted by the users of SAP. Need to investigate repetitive issues and then present findings to team members and management. You will also take part in the supporting projects management of SAP Center of Excellence by supporting everyday tasks and providing your feedback.
Our requirements
- Status of student in IT/BA field or similar with interests in Information Systems
- Ability to work 3-5 days a week
- Very good English skills (written and spoken) – everyday communication
- Good knowledge of Office365 tools
- Willingness to learn and show initiative
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Agile and PMO practices
Nice to have
- Project management/Agile courses
- Knowledge of SAP systems
