As Fresenius Digital Technology, we are an integral part of the Fresenius Group, responsible for the IT of the healthcare group and its business segments. We ensure a frictionless interface of IT and business operations so that all employees in production, logistics, and other areas can work efficiently and without interference.

Now we are looking for a talented intern to join our Vendor Management team.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Support role for IT Global Vendor Management and Sourcing functions with a focus on top strategic IT vendors, including contract clean up and maintenance of the contract repository in Ariba
• Contract Management: Collect master contracts, including all relevant annexes, order forms, SOW’s, and amendments applicable to each vendor. Work in partnership with the Vendor Manager and Sourcing Expert to identify where contracts are stored (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams channels, etc)
• Perform due diligence in collaboration with Vendor Manager, Sourcing, the Procurement Department, Legal team to validate which contracts are accurate and relevant. Upload contract documents to the Ariba contract repository
• Create vendor contract reports using multiple data sources and consolidate data of data to ensure effective tracking of each vendor’s contract portfolio and lifecycle
• Support the Global Vendor Manager in contract database consolidation and reporting. Present the results to Vendor Management and Sourcing teams in the form of Contract Management Tracker to monitor progress of contract collection, clean-up, Ariba uploads and overall status until completion
• Proactively collaborate with Vendor Managers, sourcing, procurement, legal teams and vendors to ensure transparency, effective communication, and projects success

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus

• Experience with SAP applications (especially SAP Ariba)
