Responsibilities

Project Management Support

• Assisting in planning, monitoring, and reporting the progress of IT projects.
• Participating in project meetings and preparing notes, summaries, and follow-ups.

Project Documentation

• Creating and updating project documentation (timelines, action plans, risk registers, etc.).
• Organizing and archiving documents in shared file management systems.

Stakeholder Communication

• Supporting communication between technical teams, business teams, and external vendors.
• Maintaining regular contact with project team members.

Task & Schedule Management

• Collaborating on tracking task progress and updating project schedules.
• Helping identify potential delays, risks, and project issues.

Analysis & Reporting

• Preparing status reports and analyses for the Project Manager.
• Collecting and analyzing data related to project progress.

Working with Project Tools

• Using tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Entering data, updating statuses, and supporting task tracking.

Learning & Development

• Actively participating in internal training sessions.
• Learning project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Receiving mentoring from experienced Project Managers and IT experts.
