During a Testing Lab Support internship, you will work in a team responsible for IODT (InterOperability Device Testing). Our international team of engineers, technical leaders, and project managers collaborates closely with top global telecom vendors to perform 5G RRM (Radio Resource Management) compatibility testing between Nokia infrastructure and mobile device prototypes. You’ll be part of a dynamic, hands-on environment, contributing to real-world testing that shapes the future of 5G technology.
Position: Testing Lab Support – Working Student
Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong for the next 12 months)
Date: 1.06.2025 – 30.04.2026
Location: Poland, Wrocław (on site)
Education Recommendations: Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field
As part of our team, you will:
- Support interoperability testing of 5G devices with Nokia infrastructure
- Assist in lab setup, test execution, and test result documentation
- Help with configuration and basic maintenance of Windows and Linux systems
- Provide support for network device setup and local network troubleshooting
- Occasionally assist in scripting, automation, or creation of simple web-based tools
You have:
- Active student status (for at least one year)
- Good English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work on site in one of our labs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Linux system administration
- Understanding of computer networks and network device configuration
It would be nice if you also had:
- Programming skills in Python and/or C#
- Web development skills using HTML, JS and/or PHP
