As a part of your team, you will
• Design, implement, and maintain automated solutions for IAM processes
• Monitor and troubleshoot IAM infrastructure
• Collaborate with internal or external teams to ensure secure and compliant IAM practices
• Develop and implement incident response strategies for IAM incidents
• Continuously improve IAM systems through automation, monitoring, and optimization
• Coordinate with different internal teams and/or external parties to conduct and manage special events such as BCP tests, infrastructure change weekends, data Centre maintenance, special event days.

Your team

You’ll be working as part of the Security department within Technology Services. Within Security, you’ll be part of a
global AG&O Security Operations team and responsible for all aspects of production support. We are a diverse
global team who work well independently and in collaboration to ensure best practices and security principles are
applied to our service. We are from all walks of life and different backgrounds, but our common passion is security.

Your expertise

We welcome applicants who have either already graduated from a recognized university or are in the final year (seventh semester) of their degree course at the start of the Program in July 2025.
For many of our technical roles, we do ask that you have already obtained a Bachelor’s degree or are studying towards a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification. No professional experience is necessary, but a computer science or computer engineering-related educational background is required.

Your experience and skills:
• Basic knowledge of operating systems, data structures, cloud compute solutions or databases
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and understanding of code is desired (Java, Python, PowerShell, C#, etc.)
• Understanding of Agile, SRE or any other SDLC methodology is a plus
• Excellent English (written and oral)
