Interroll- one year internship in the area of strategic global purchasing

For our location in Sinsheim, we are looking for a student trainee (m/f/d) for an one year internship in the area of strategic global purchasing.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Alignment between different purchasing teams and centralized strategic procurement on a global level
  • Communication with different suppliers and preparation of negotiations
  • Participation in negotiations to ensure that pricing, delivery and quality requirements are met
  • Evaluation of proposals, quotations and purchase conditions
  • Data management and analysis utilizing tools such as SAP, SAC, Coupa
  • Support the market research for new suppliers

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Student of materials- or industrial engineering or a comparable study
  • You feeling confident handling common MS – Office applications (esp. excel and word)
  • Good technical understanding and strong communication skills
  • Your english language skills are fluent (written and spoken)
