Responsibilities
- Manage electrical construction activities throughout the project.
- Review electrical drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and support cost estimation and cost control.
- Review subcontractor quotations and assist with procurement activities.
- Verify construction progress claims and invoices.
- Support project scheduling, reporting, and coordination with clients and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with Polish regulations and project standards.

Requirements (Required)
- Fluent English is mandatory (both written and spoken).
- Friendly and effective communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred
- Experience in electrical construction projects.
- Experience in cost estimation, cost control, or project budgeting.
- Experience in industrial, battery, semiconductor, or factory construction projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Alarm, ELV, or Power Distribution Systems.
- Experience working with international EPC or construction companies.
- Professional certifications related to electrical engineering or construction are an advantage.
