YOUR TASKS

  • Assisting in resolving problems related to transactions, payments, or accounts,
  • Responding to customer inquiries, both by phone and email,
  • Reviewing financial data to identify trends or discrepancies,
  • Providing information on how to use financial software,
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Knowledge of German at a B2+ level,
  • Around 6 months of experience in a similar position,
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills,
  • Knowledge of English at a B2 level,
  • A bachelor’s degree or current student status.
