Responsibilities

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Full-Stack Web Developer & Designer Intern to join our fast-paced Digital & Technology SBU. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining innovative web solutions for our diverse client base. You will be operating as a specialist, gaining hands-on experience across the entire development stack, from initial concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:

The intern will be responsible for the full lifecycle of client web projects, including:
UI/UX Design & Prototyping: Collaborating with the Lead Intern to design user-friendly interfaces (UI) and develop wireframes/prototypes to ensure an optimal user experience (UX).
Front-End Development: Writing clean, efficient, and responsive code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (and modern frameworks like React/Vue/Angular, if proficient) to bring designs to life.
Back-End Development: Assisting with server-side logic, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and developing or integrating RESTful APIs to power our web applications.
Maintenance & Debugging: Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving bugs or performance issues in existing client websites and applications.
Documentation: Creating clear technical documentation for projects to ensure smooth handoff and future maintenance.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript.
Languages: Excellent command of English (C1 level), both written and spoken. Native Polish or another European language is a strong asset.
Familiarity with at least one back-end language (e.g., Python, Node.js, PHP) and database systems.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment requiring you to be in our Krakow office a few days per week for team collaboration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
