What you’ll do 

  • Our Cyber team plays a crucial role in safeguarding the security of our global network, applications, and infrastructure. In an increasingly digital world, we face evolving cyber threats daily, and our Cyber team tackles them head on, ensuring our systems remain secure, protecting both the bank and our customers.
  • Our Engineering team is leading the bank’s digital transformation, ensuring that our global operations run on secure, efficient, and cutting-edge technology. By maintaining and optimising our technological infrastructure, the team helps drive HSBC’s continued innovation, enhancing both our internal systems and the services we provide to millions of customers worldwide.
  • Our Data team plays a pivotal role in helping us unlock the full potential of our data. By transforming vast amounts of information into meaningful insights, the team enables us to better understand our customers, so we can design innovative digital banking services tailored to their needs. This data-driven approach ensures that HSBC remains at the forefront of modern banking.

You meet our criteria if you’re a final year student or graduate of any academic background with a 4.0 or above GPA (UK 2.1 equivalent), you’re passionate about a career in technology, proficient in English and legally permitted to work in Poland. After a submitted application, you can expect a virtual online assessment – checking your career preferences, a technical test (for engineering and data pathways), and an online interview.
