Program Overview
This role directly accelerates pipeline generation by ensuring that every inbound, webinar, and event-generated lead is properly reviewed, validated, enriched, and pre-qualified before reaching the SDR team. The intern will also handle short verification calls to confirm ICP fit, clarify intent, and fill any critical data gaps. By delivering consistently clean, accurate, and “ready-to-work” leads, this role enables SDRs to focus entirely on high-impact outbound activity and booking meetings – increasing efficiency, improving conversion rates, and reducing the operational drag currently slowing the team down.
Key Responsibilities:

- Review and pre-qualify inbound and event-generated leads daily.
- Validate ICP criteria and categorize leads (MQL, Nurture, Disqualified).
- Conduct brief verification calls to confirm details and interest.
- Enrich lead data via LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and company websites.
- Maintain clean and accurate records in Salesforce (fix fields, merge duplicates).
- Prepare enriched lead lists for SDR sequencing and follow-ups.
- Support reporting on lead quality and suggest workflow improvements.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a university program preferred in the final year of studies.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and basic research tools.
- Strong communication skills for short verification calls.
- Interest in lead qualification, SDR processes, or sales/marketing operations.
- Ability to work independently and follow clear processes.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not required.
