Program Overview
This role provides essential operational support across the SDR organization by managing data hygiene, system workflows, and core administrative processes in Salesforce and Gong Engage. The intern will take ownership of high-volume, repeatable tasks that currently dilute SDR productivity – including list preparation, data enrichment, deduplication, opportunity creation, and pipeline maintenance.
By centralizing these operational tasks, the intern ensures that SDRs stay focused on revenue-generating activities rather than manual, low-leverage work. This role also supports RevOps by improving data accuracy, reducing system friction, and enabling more reliable reporting and forecasting. Ultimately, this position strengthens the integrity of our funnel and increases the overall efficiency of our revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities:

      • Manage daily lead flow: review, validate, and enrich new inbound leads.
      • Maintain data hygiene in Salesforce: merge duplicates, correct fields, update firmographic information.
      • Create Opportunities in SFDC for the SDR team and ensure pipeline accuracy.
      • Prepare and upload prospect lists into Gong Engage and Salesforce.
      • Monitor bounce rates and correct invalid email addresses.
      • Conduct light research on prospects to support campaign quality.
      • Support SDR enablement: assist in updating sequences in Gong Engage.
      • Generate simple operational reports and dashboards as needed.
      • Ensure clean distribution of webinar leads and assist with post-event enrichment.
      • Assist with weekly audits of Gong Engage tasks and sequence functionality.
      • Light Verification Calls (occasional)

Qualifications:

      • Currently enrolled in a university program or in the final year of studies.
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data accurately.
      • Comfort using tools such as CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) or willingness to learn quickly.
      • Good analytical thinking and structured approach to tasks.
      • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
      • Interest in sales operations or SDR processes.

Learning Outcomes:

      • Salesforce (SFDC) data management
      • Gong Engage automation workflows
      • Lead lifecycle and qualification processes
      • Building outbound campaigns
      • Basics of Revenue Operations
      • How a modern SDR team works in practice
