Your project

The Domain Business & Technology Solutions (Domain BTS) department bridges business objectives with cutting-edge IT solutions. Our team of business analysts, IT architects, and project managers collaborates to support clients in their digital transformation journeys. Our mission is to understand our clients’ businesses, their current and future challenges, and their IT environments.

Your tasks

You will work in an international project team for one of our clients. The projects are usually related to introduction of new or enhancing of current business processes with digital tools including AI, automation, cloud, IoT among others.  Within the project you will need to:

• Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges.
• Support in proposing innovative technological solutions.
• Help to define requirements for new IT projects meeting clients’ business objectives
• Assist in the implementation of proposed solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technological trends and help to apply them to our clients.

Your profile

• Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business analysis, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of digital transformation technologies, business analysis and agile frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Forward-thinking mindset to propose and implement cutting-edge solutions.
• Knowledge of German and English language (B1/B2 level)
• Internships or some experience in business analysis or project management will be a plus.
