Zakres obowiązków
- Create and monitor Purchase Orders and tally these with supply requests and orders
- Be in charge for a selected portfolio of suppliers
- Monitor Purchase Orders confirmation status and deliveries and follow up with suppliers
- Negotiate prices and lead time with suppliers
- Control orders versus deliveries to eliminate any discrepancies and to control quality and quantity of goods receipts
- Report any misperformances, cooperation or quality issues to management and strategic procurement department

Wymagania
- Engineering degree or technical education
- Computer literacy – MS Excel proficiency with strong analytical skills
- SAP Material management, Material Requirement Planning, Logistics, Warehouse
- 1 year supply chain/ MRP/ supply/capacity/production planning/ inventory management/ demand planning experience in manufacturing or FMCG company
- Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy
- Fluent in English , French communicative – B2, additional German would be an advantage
- Good time mgmt / work organization oraz Problem solving attitude
