As a Recruitment Intern, you’ll support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top talent across Poland and North America. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities

- Assist in drafting and posting job ads across platforms
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Maintain candidate databases and track application progress
- Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., social media, events)
- Help organize recruitment campaigns and career fairs
- Contribute to process improvements and candidate experience
What We’re Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or ATS tools is a bonus
