As a Connected Health System Analyst Intern, you will work with and learn from our highly skilled development teams, creating state-of-the-art solutions for remote patient monitoring, medication adherence and monitoring, patient support, and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Working as the System Analyst Intern, you will:

  • Become a part of the analyst team dealing with enterprise healthcare systems
  • Learn to create Epics, User Stories, and Functional and Non-functional requirements
  • Ensure high-quality standards to support medical device certification
  • Learn the Telehealth domain and specific telehealth platforms to system analysis effectively
  • Learn requirements gathering techniques and how to design system specifications for medical device products, including:
  • Preparing customer workshops,
  • Gathering User Needs,
  • Interacting with the Product Owner,
  • Applying and maintaining traceability between User Needs and Requirements
  • Analyzing existing systems and requirements,
  • Communicate with your team to define and agree on solution scope, definition-of-ready, story acceptance criteria, and address technical issues.
  • Learn how to maintain and build solution backlog effectively

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Pursuing a degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or similar, in at least 3rd  year of studies
  • Open-mindedness, willingness to learn, teamwork skills
  • Basic knowledge of UML or BPMN
  • Communicative English skills

Any of the following areas is a distinct advantage:

  • Any experience in System Analysis (creating Epics, User Stories, Requirements, or similar experience)
  • Experience with tools: Jira, Confluence
