Your role and main tasks
- Providing support for daily Help Desk tasks and gaining first experience in the field.
- Supporting users in their support requests, provisioning, deprovisioning, replacing equipment, troubleshooting basic issues with peripherals, managing equipment stocks, decommissioning equipment.
Projects of the position:
- Permanent placement within Help Desk team with further development into other IT Operations teams.
You will need
- Basic IT skills – mainly troubleshooting PC peripherals, connectivity issues, knowledge of different types of cables.
- Decent English skills allowing to read and write documentation and follow procedures,
- Secondary School diploma (must have).
- Nice to have – IT Secondary School diploma (Technikum Informatyczne) .
Personal requirement for the candidate:
- Ability to work up to 40 hrs a week from your office in Wroclaw.
- Ability to communicate with users and team members.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the IT space.
