Your responsibilities
- Support the R&D unit RL1 and its departments in various budgeting-related activities and tasks
- Contribute to financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes
- Gain exposure to tasks typically handled by full-time Operations Managers within a global R&D context
- Assist with data collection, reconciliation, and preparation of financial documentation
- Provide support during financial audits, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management, suggesting improvements
- Maintain excellent communication with team members and stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative environment
Your skills and experience
Must-Have:
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, thriving in multi-cultural environments
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in financial planning and analysis
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Nice-to-have:
- SAP, PBI knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
