What you’ll do
-Learn and apply JavaScript, TypeScript, and core design patterns alongside AI-native development principles
-Learn full-stack applications using modern frameworks such as React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend
-Work with and manage AI-powered tools such as copilots, assistants, and automated workflows
-Integrate applications with AI services (LLMs, embeddings, function calling, agents) as part of the core system design
-Develop backend services in Node.js to orchestrate AI workflows, handle context, and manage data pipelines
-Learn retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems using vector databases and semantic search
-Work with prompt engineering as part of application logic, including versioning, testing, and iteration
-Design systems that combine deterministic code with probabilistic AI outputs, including validation and fallback strategies
-Implement streaming responses and real-time user interactions with AI services
-Write tests for both traditional logic and AI-driven components, including output evaluation and quality checks
-Build and continuously improve a personal AI-powered full-stack project
-Gain hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, including deployment of AI-enabled services
-Work with cloud platforms, containerization, and scalable infrastructure for AI applications

What you bring
-Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts
-Familiarity with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
-Basic knowledge of backend development
-Understanding of asynchronous programming and APIs
-Hands-on experience using Git for version control
-Interest in AI technologies and readiness to work with non-deterministic systems
-English proficiency at B1 level or higher to support effective teamwork
-Dedication to learning, with the ability to commit 6 hours per day to development and study
