Your role
As a (Junior) Project Management Office Analyst (PMO) you will be cooperating with the project managers, aiming at the most efficient project management support in the financial and admin area. You will support project delivery by managing financial and administrative tasks that keep projects running smoothly. You will work closely with project managers, prepare essential reports, and help ensure projects follow agreed processes. In this role, you can expect to develop strong project coordination skills, collaborate with diverse teams, and gain exposure to end‑to‑end project operations.
Your tasks
As a (Junior) Project Management Office Analyst (PMO) you will be cooperating with the project managers, aiming at the most efficient project management support in the financial and admin area, filling the below tasks:
• Ensuring correct project settlement;
• Creating calculations, reports and presentations;
• Supporting the on/offboarding process, as well as managing the physical and logical access rights for the project resources;
• Closely cooperating with other units in the company (Finance, Controlling, Procurement).
Your profile
- Knowledge of the following languages
- English min. B2 spoken and written
- German min. B2
- Strong analytical thinking skills, being a collaborative problem solver, being well-organized
- Good command of MS Office (Excel as priority)
- Higher education (nice to have: Economics/Finance)
- Nice to have: experience in a similar position, or in a controlling field
