Location: Wroclaw, Poland (hybrid)
Your responsibilities
- Support and manage the ordering process for hardware required for MN RAN VRF programs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams during the hardware ordering process
- Communicate with equipment manufacturers to coordinate deliveries to Nokia
- Prepare analyses and present findings related to hardware ordering
- Assist the Ordering Team with data analysis tasks, including data entry, order processing, and documentation
- Learn about Nokia’s products and services, including network equipment and software
- Gain insights into the ordering process and its impact on the overall business
- Develop your organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
Your skills and experience
- Active student status (at least in the 2nd year; 3rd year preferred).
- Proficient in English (at least B2, both written and spoken)
- Student open to full-time work preferred (due to the nature of the role).
- Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work on one’s own and as part of a team.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Basic knowledge of PowerBi, JIRA, SAP
