As a People Data Analytics Working Student, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with HR professionals and data analysts. Your primary focus will be on utilizing Power Platforms, specifically Power BI and Power Automate, to develop and maintain data-driven solutions that support our HR operations. This role is perfect for someone passionate about data analytics and its application in HR, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic corporate environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Learn, understand then maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize HR data and key metrics. Later develop new dashboards and simplify existing versions.
  • Utilize Power Automate to automate repetitive HR tasks and processes, improving efficiency.
  • Lead mini projects and cooperate with all team members. Actively involved in Data Privacy and Security Assessments.
  • Support Team members on ad hoc basis.
  • Assist in data cleansing, transformation, and preparation for analysis.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of Power BI and Power Automate. Propose ways to ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation processes.

Your skills and experience

  • Enrolled in a relevant field of study, such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, or HR Management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate is essential.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a desire to learn and grow. Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
