           Full time job reporting to General Manager

           Expected time of employment: asap

           Place of work: office in Wrocław ul. Kwidzyńska 4e + business trips

Duties:

• Development of complicated adhesive projects in close co-operation with product managers in HQ in Bremen and suppliers,
• Exchange of information between BPL and suppliers including preparation of the technical documentation and quality certificates,
• Analysis of the market from the point of view of known applications, collection of all information regarding the market, new applications, prices, potential customers in each known application
• Active search of solutions for customers, direct contacts with potential customers and running the necessary glue application tests. Glue samples distribution.
• Active participation in ISO certification activities, audits and documentation necessary for customers,
• Management of quality claims, product database.
• Business trips including Poland, Germany, Czech, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria.
• Preparation of trainings for salesmen.

Education: Technical higher education, preferably chemistry.

Experience:  Some experience in work in the similar industry could be an asset but is not necessary. ISO certification experience.

Hard skills: Computer and Internet literacy fluent work with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, fluent English, additional knowledge of German would be an asset, personal interest in technical issues.

Soft skills: candidate must have strong communication skills, research oriented and analytical thinking, multitasking, creativity, ability to design, plan, organize, and implement projects , ability to work in an (international) team, initiative self-motivation and personal energy, willingness to learn

Other:  possibility to travel

Training needed:  company introduction in Poland, Dynamics 365 Business Central training in Poland, base product training in Bremen, visits by customers together with salesmen in Poland

Tools: Notebook with software, mobile phone, desk in the office, testing equipment and lab space etc.
