The Graduate Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply). You’ll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).

- Programme start: early 2027 (January–June) or late 2027 (July–December)

What you’ll be doing
- Optimising products and services to improve customer and internal experiences
- Researching and proposing new features and processes
- Performing data-driven analysis and translating insights into action
- Supporting strategic relationships and contributing to negotiations
- Contributing to product and operational development projects
- Sharing progress with global teams and learning from senior leaders
- Managing tasks, tracking progress, and delivering outcomes
- Receiving regular feedback to support your development
What you’ll need
- A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade) in a STEM subject
- To have graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
- Solid problem-solving skills and a passion for data
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R
- Curiosity, proactivity, and drive to make an impact
- An interest in fintech and the financial industry
- Fluency in English with great communication skills
- Full-time availability from early or late 2027
- The ability to attend a Revolut office in your country of employment at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)
Nice to have
- Experience or internship in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or fast-growing tech
Compensation range
- Poland: PLN12,600 – PLN12,600 gross monthly
