A trainee is a recent graduate who is specifically prepared for a responsible position within the company through a structured trainee program. During the 18-month program, you will rotate through various departments and get to know different areas of the company as well as multiple locations – including an international assignment. You will participate in exciting projects and gain valuable practical experience. Through individual support, regular feedback, and guidance from experienced mentors, you will further develop both your professional and personal skills. The goal of the program is to optimally prepare you for your future role at GOLDBECK and to ensure a successful start to your career.

Tasks:

• As a member of our team, you will support the implementation of technical projects in Poland, Germany/Czech Republic
• You will acquire the ability to identify opportunities for optimizing production processes through the implementation of modern automation solutions
• You will become familiar with the digitalization capabilities of our production systems
• You will participate in work on innovative projects aimed at the strategic development of production operations in our production plants
• You will be involved in the execution of current production tasks within various organizational units.
• In the day-to-day business, you will profitably employ your expanded knowledge and at the same time develop new talents – with us you will experience „training on the job at its best”

Expectations:

• A completed degree in engineering, preferably in civil engineering or a related field
• Strong ability to interpret and work with technical documentation
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level
• Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• High motivation to achieve goals and a commitment to continuous self-development
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong team-working skills
• Category B driving license
• Willingness to undertake both domestic and international placements
