Full job description:

Join the Aliaxis Customer Service Team and support an important project focused on the centralization of customer service processes across EMEA countries. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer service operations, process documentation, and international cooperation.

As an intern, you will work with an internal team based in Poland (Wroclaw), supporting customers from multiple European countries, including Germany, Italy, the UK, Spain, and Poland, while contributing to the standardization of customer service activities.

You will be part of a multicultural environment and gain practical experience in real business processes.

Your Project
Your main task will be to support the centralization and standardization of customer service processes across EMEA. You will help document and structure Order‑to‑Cash processes and support data accuracy and organization.

You will work with internal teams to:

  • Map customer service processes across EMEA countries
  • Create work instructions and manuals based on recorded processes
  • Support customer and stakeholder master data completion
  • Assist with document and data archiving (DMS, AX system, Outlook)
  • Cooperate with internal customers and project stakeholders.
