We are seeking a motivated Working Student to join our team, focusing on operational support. This long-term paid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the IT and Telecom sectors, with responsibilities akin to full-time roles. Position: Operational Support  – Working Student
Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong to the next 12 months)
Date: 1.07/1.08.2025 – 31.06/30.07.2026
Location: Poland (hybrid in Wroclaw or Krakow)
Education Recommendations: Computer Science, Mathemathics and similar

You will be part of a dynamic team that supports operational processes and analytics, utilizing a range of tools and platforms to enhance business operations and decision-making.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As part of our team, you will:

  • Provide operational support by managing and maintaining SharePoint Online (SPO) sites and resources
  • Utilize Excel and other analytics tools to prepare and analyze data sets for operational insights
  • Develop and maintain executive reports and dashboards using Power BI and other Business Intelligence tools
  • Assist in the preparation of high-quality presentations and reports for management and stakeholders
  • Support project management activities using Atlassian JIRA, including tracking progress and managing tasks
  • Build and customize dashboards and views in Atlassian JIRA to provide real-time insights into project progress
  • Design structures and implement automations in JIRA to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to collect and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance skills in data analysis and operational support

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

  • Active student status
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with other analytics tools
  • Proficiency in Office 365 suite
  • Basic understanding of SharePoint Online (SPO) and its functionalities
  • Ability to analyze complex, multidimensional data sets using various analytical methods and tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and a fast learner
  • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA for project management, including building dashboards, views, structures, and Automations, will be a strong advantage
  • Experience with Power BI and other Business Intelligence tools for data visualization will be a plus
